I know it is not done (for sure).

You “think” it is already done
Hence when I ask you to do it,  you are infact not listening ;

thinking in your mind that it has already been done.

Hence,

  • You do not take notes
  • You do not take action
  • Worst of all, you do not even double check
  • You do not feel the urgency
  • You do not instruct your subordinates to take action.

………… at the end  …. the work remains undone.

Please never assume unless you are absolutely 100 % sure. Time and moments will be wasted and everyone loses.

How many times have this happened to you being a “I” or a “you”.
